Boat towed back to harbor via <br /> Rescue Boat 07 <br /> OCEAN SAFETY HIGHLIGHTS <br /> The HFD's Rescue Watercraft Operator (RWCO) Training Program Solicitation Memo is <br /> currently in Final review and expected to be submitted to Ocean Safety Personnel by <br /> 10/17/2025 end of workday. <br /> On 10/03/2025, the application for the HFD RWC Program Policy has been submitted <br /> and is awaiting approval from the United States Lifeguard Association (USLA) <br /> recertification process.
