<br /> and regulatory compliance.The primary focus for the majority of Julie's career has been regulatory compliance for military training and testing,and
<br /> military installation programs. Julie managed the marine and natural resources program at US Pacific Fleet Headquarters in Pearl Harbor, HI from
<br /> 2009 to 2024. She was a contributing author and conducted QA/QC on the Navy's training and testing EISs for the Mariana Islands and Hawaii-
<br /> Southern California study areas,and prepared regulatory consultation documents for ESA, MMPA and EFH compliance. From 2001 to 2008,
