The project also will address certain repairs and maintenance <br /> needed and/or improvements affected by or appurtenant to the accessibility issues. <br /> Project is a part of a larger group (16 total) of ADA improvement sites. Construction contract documents are to be <br /> prepared as separate projects. A previous inventory identified a possible trail affecting the Hilo Bayfront site.
