UEA assessed the <br /> condition of the existing park cabins and — - <br /> compiled a report with recommendations. UEA 111 <br /> also prepared a Site Development Planning <br /> Report which recommended other park <br /> improvements such as new replacement <br /> facilities, enhanced security features, and park <br /> infrastructure. In 2015, under subcontract of The New comfort station rendering <br /> Limtiaco Consulting Group, UEA began design <br /> drawings for park improvements. These <br /> improvements consists of a new comfort station, Project Owner: State of Hawaii —Department of <br /> satellite restroom, beach showers, and pot/dish Land & Natural Resources <br /> washing stations. UEA also designed a prototype <br /> Project Cost: $7,000,000(estimated) <br /> cabin that may be constructed and eventually <br /> duplicated as funding becomes available in the Project Size: 36 acres <br /> future. UEA continues to provide construction <br /> management services. <br /> Status: Under Construction <br />
