Relevant Project Samples <br /> Waimanalo Health Center - Master Planning, <br /> Assessment and Project Management for <br /> Expanded Healthcare Facilities on Parcel 282 <br /> To address the health care demands along the . <br /> windward coast, the Waimanalo Health Center (WHC) Nir ' °, <br /> planned, designed and constructed a new 2-story - <br /> 17,000 sq ft outpatient healthcare facility. The building <br /> is located on an adjacent property near the WHC's <br /> existingc pi cYArchitects <br /> l t ( ) <br /> prepared a facilities assessment and a master plan for <br /> two parcels of land. EAI's services included assessment, <br /> planning, environmental assessment, conceptual <br /> design, budgeting, and solicitation of design services <br /> and preparation of the design agreement. Once the <br /> Project Owner: Waimanalo Health Center <br /> project entered the design and construction phases, <br /> UEA assisted WHC as the project manager. Some of Project Cost: $13,000,000 <br /> UEA's tasks included developing the RFP to solicit <br /> construction bids, coordinating meetings, scoring of the Project Size: 17,000 sq ft <br /> bid proposals, short listing the bidders, project award Status: Completed 2019 <br /> and negotiation/authoring of the construction <br /> agreement. UEA was retained throughout the duration <br /> of construction and led the owner, architect and <br /> contractor meetings until final completion. <br />
