<br /> B.S., Civil Engineering, Kauai and State of Hawaii. Services included routine and monitoring
<br /> University of Hawaii at inspection of various bridges and preparation of reports of findings with
<br /> Manoa, Hawaii, 2005 recommendations for bridge maintenance and bridge repairs with cost
<br /> estimates.
<br /> M.S., Civil Engineering Laupahoehoe Gulch Emergency Bridge Repair, Laupahoehoe, Hawaii.
<br /> (Structures), University Project Manager. SSFM provided planning and civil engineering services
<br /> of Hawaii at Manoa, for road, bridge and embankment repair due to damages from Hurricane
<br /> Hawaii, 2007 Lane. Estimated construction cost$2 million.
<br /> REGISTRATION Bridge Inspection Inventory and Appraisal III FY 2011. City &County of
<br /> Hawaii, Structural &Civil Honolulu. Structural Project Engineer. SSFM International, Inc. served as
<br /> Engineering#14567- the prime consultant responsible for the structural inspection and
<br /> S&C appraisal of sixty-one (61) bridges, preparation of maps, photographs,
<br /> Guam, Civil plans, sections, elevations, description of findings with recommendations
<br /> Engineering, #2068 for maintenance and repair with cost estimates and update load ratings.
<br /> Guam, Structural HELCO Kailua-Kona Seismic Retrofit project. Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
<br /> Engineering, #2107 Inspector. This project consisted of the evaluation and design of structural
<br /> retrofits to an existing communication facility at the HELCO Kailua-Kona
<br /> LEED Accredited base yard. Seismic evaluation of the facility was performed in accordance
<br /> Professional, USGBC, to ASCE/SEI 31-03 Seismic Evaluation of Existing Buildings.. Estimated
<br /> 2009 construction cost$500,000.
<br /> FHWA-NHI Safety HELCO Kahaluu Switching Station—Communications Building
<br /> Inspection of In-Service Foundation Work. Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Client Contact. This project
<br /> Bridges Certification, included structural foundation design for a pre-engineered precast
<br /> 2011 Communications building, 6'-8" x 11'-0". Services included design,
<br /> construction administration, and special inspection.
<br /> HELCO Kealia Switching Station —Communications Building Foundation
<br /> Work. South Kona, Hawaii. Client Contact. This project included structural
<br /> foundation design for a pre-engineered precast Communications building,
<br /> 6'-8" x 11'-0". Services included design, construction administration, and
<br /> special inspection. Estimated construction cost$275,000.
<br /> West Hawaii Civic Center. Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Structural Project
<br /> Engineer. This project WAS under a Design-Build contract with Maryl
<br /> Group. The project consisted of eight office buildings, a pavilion and one
<br /> parking garage. Project is LEED certified. Parking structure consisted of 2
<br /> stories and 258 stalls. Estimated construction cost$51 Million total, $4.1
<br /> million parking structure.
