Ms. Cullion has recently completed HRS BA in Local and Urban Affairs, 1994 <br /> 343 and NEPA compliance for a new roundabout Bayfront Highway in St. Cloud State University,Minnesota <br /> Hilo, HRS 343 FONSI for a community in upcountry Maui, and ACCREDITATIONS <br /> community engagement and environmental documentation for American Institute of Certified Planners, <br /> 2011 <br /> Honolulu's Complete Streets program and projects in Manoa, Kalihi, <br /> and Waikiki.
