<br /> Updated the Spill Prevention and Response Plan (SPRP) for Marine Corps Base Butler in Okinawa. The area is
<br /> comprised of 12 sites including Shima Island. Inspected and documented 324 above storage tanks (ASTs), 29
<br /> c' underground storage tanks (USTs), 23 chemical storage tanks, and 681 electrical transformers. Safely
<br /> completed the field effort in one visit with a variety of personnel over a four-week period during the height of
<br /> COVID-19. Documented each tank with an inspection checklist, photo, conditions of tanks, BMPs, and
<br /> recommendations to mitigate unsatisfactory conditions. E2 is preparing the final SPRP report of site
<br /> assessments in accordance with federal and local regulations and guidelines. Fee: $340,216. Role: Senior
