Others consulted included the Pu`u Wa`awa`a <br /> • T.S. Dye& Colleagues, Advisory Council, the Hawai`i Experimental Tropical <br /> Archaeologists Forest, The Nature Conservancy, and the public. <br /> • Kumu Pono Associates The consultations resulted in PSI developing five GIS- <br /> • Rana Biological Consultants based alternatives that were gradually modified and <br /> • Environmental Assessment screened until a preferred alternative was adopted.
