PSI worked with team <br /> specialists and advised NELHA regarding alternatives and <br /> phasing to consider in order to minimize adverse effects <br /> and more rapidly achieve groundbreaking. <br /> Once the alternatives were established, PSI completed the <br /> HRS Chapter 343 HEPA EA in roughly a year.
