<br /> Mr. Reeve is principal archaeologist at SWCA's Hawaii and Pacific Islands Office. Born and raised in Hawai`I, he has worked in the field of archaeology for
<br /> over 45 years. He has been involved in archaeological investigations in the Hawaiian Islands,the South Pacific,Australia,Southeast Asia, Central and South
<br /> America, and Europe. His experience in Hawaiian archaeology includes all aspects of field investigation. He has directed and participated in reconnaissance
<br /> surveys, inventory survey and testing,and data recovery excavations,and has prepared numerous archaeological survey,monitoring, preservation,and burial
<br /> treatment plans and reports. Rowland is also proficient in conducting archival research and oral history interviews. He has extensive experience with federal

<br /> of the direct APE for the project,and documented and evaluated historic properties within the indirect APE for Hawaii Register of Historic Places and

<br /> the guidelines established by the 2000 Hawaii Supreme Court decision and involve the identification of cultural, historical, and natural resources of value
<br /> to Native Hawaiians located within the Water Use Permit area, and the extent to which traditional and customary Native Hawaiian rights are exercised in
