There is no internal staircase <br /> connecting the two parts of the house. This adds stairs in the living room to the lower bedrooms. <br /> 2. The plans add a lanai to the upper floor in front of the current house living room. It will be the <br /> width of the house (20' ) and exend 12' in front of the house. <br /> 3. The current roof will extend over the new lanai.
