Lot <br /> We received your complaint on August 15, 2023, stating the owner/operator of the STVR is <br /> advertising two additional unpermitted bedrooms converted from a 400-sf storage within a <br /> permitted Short-Term Vacation Rental (STVR) with four bedrooms in the residential (RS-15) <br /> zoned district. <br /> The County of Hawai`i, Planning Department regulates Chapter 25 of the Zoning Code and Rule <br /> 23 for Short-Term Vacation Rentals (STVR). For additional information, we have provided the <br /> link to Chapter 25, Zoning Code, where you may find the referenced sections.
