Motion carried to accept and file all of the communication numbers that I read. <br />Okay. <br /> <br />So, Mr. Halvorson, we don’t have any other matters that would require your assistance this <br />morning. Do you have anything to report to the Board? <br /> <br />MR. HALVORSON: No, I’m still working on the Orders regarding the prior hearing with <br />regard to the Board’s decision to not grant attorney’s fees in those two cases. I should have that <br />out within the next week. <br /> <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. And, by the way, have you heard anything from HLRB on the <br />appeals from our—concerning our employees at the Hawaiʻi Police Department, the Records <br />Division? <br /> <br />MR. HALVORSON: They have not made a decision yet and— <br /> <br />CHR. CABANAS: It’s almost a year. We haven’t heard from HLRB. <br /> <br />MR. HALVORSON: No. <br /> <br />CHR. CABANAS: Can you—would you—would the proper protocol be to follow-up with <br />them, again, ‘cause I hate to have these employees waiting so long. <br /> <br />MR.
