Pacific 19 Kona
75-5646 Palani Road
Kailua-Kona, HI 96740
October 24, 2025
To:
Hawai` i County Liquor Commission
101 Aupuni Street, Unit 230
Hilo, HI 96720
RECEIVED
)w
OCT 2 4 2025
Dept. of Liquor Control
HILO
Subject: Request for Extension of Application for Increase in Licensed Premises
Dear Members of the Liquor Commission,
I am writing on behalf of Pacific 19 Kona to respectfully request a one-year extension of our
application for the Increase in Licensed Premises. We have been working diligently to
complete all required submissions; however, we received additional requests and documentation
requirements from the Department of Public Works that have delayed our ability to finalize the
application within the original timeframe.
The Department of Public Works inspector has requested permits pertaining to work completed
by the property's previous owner, which we are currently in the process of researching and
resolving. These additional steps are necessary to ensure full compliance before our submission
can be finalized.
Granting a one-year extension would allow us sufficient time to complete these requirements and
ensure that our application is accurate, comprehensive, and fully compliant with all county
standards.
We sincerely appreciate the Commission's consideration and understanding. Please let us know
if any additional information or documentation is required to support this request.
Mahalo for your time and continued support.
Sincerely,
Amanda Thevenot
General Manager
Pacific 19 Kona
amanda.thevenot@pacific19.com
(213) 550-6871
