Members of the public wishing to participate may either attend in person, giving oral or <br /> written testimony, or may submit written testimony prior to the meeting's commencement. <br /> To ensure timely delivery of your testimony to the Commissioners prior to the meeting, please <br /> submit written testimony no later than 12:00 noon two business days prior to the meeting, by(1) <br /> email to DonctestimonvCcD-hawaiicountv.Qov, (2) by mail to PONC Commission at 25 Aupuni <br /> Street, Suite 1101, Hilo, Hawai'i 96720, or(3) by fax to (808) 961-8248 attention PONC <br /> testimony.
