4. QUORUM;: A quorum of the Board of Directors *shall consist <br /> of MAJORITY of the Board members. <br /> a majority/ 2/3rds/ 3/4ths <br /> 5. COW1ITTEES : The Board of Directors may from time to time <br /> form committees as it deems necessary. <br /> VI . OFFICERS <br /> 1 . OFFICERS : There shall be four(4) elected officers - <br /> President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. <br /> 2. QUALIFICATIONS : Officers shall be members of the organizatic <br /> and judged by the membership as being fit to serve . <br /> 3. ELECTION: Officers shall be elected at the annual meeting <br /> and may serve a maximum of two(2) consecutive terms of office. The <br /> term of office shall be for one(1) year . <br /> 4. RESIGNATION REMOVAL AND VACANCIES : <br /> A. Resignation - An officer may resign from office providin <br /> the majority of the Board of Directors accepts the resignation. <br /> B.
