ARTICLE XIII <br /> Amendments of the By-laws <br /> Section 1. These By-laws may be altered, amended or repealed, or new By-laws may be adopted, <br /> by the affirmative vote of not less than two-thirds (213) of the members of the Board of Directors <br /> present at a regularly scheduled meeting or at a special meeting called for the specific purpose of <br /> amending the By-laws. <br /> These By-laws were duly voted on by the Board of Directors on November 6,2016. <br /> 11/6/2016 <br /> President or Secretary of ATA Date <br /> Amendment: <br /> Article VII Board of Directors Section 1 shall be changed from" Directors who were on the <br /> Board in 2011 shall be referred to as Charter Members of the organization," to "Directors who <br /> were on the Board on July 2019 shall be referred to as Charter Members of the organization." <br /> This amendment was on the agenda and voted upon by the Board at their regular scheduled <br /> meeting on July 7,2019 and the vote was unanimous to accept the above amendment. <br /> in Kaleo Paik, Secretary Date <br /> 26-05 <br />
