This resolution has not been modified, amended or rescinded and continues in force and effect and rescinds any and all past resolutions regarding this matter. WHEREAS the Association's By-laws require all legal documents to be signed by two officers, and WHEREAS the association realized the difficulty in obtaining two signatures, "Be it RESOLVED that all of the officers of the Association are authorized to do and perform any and all acts, including execution of any and all documents and certificates, as said officers shall deem necessary to enter into agreement with government or private agencies and furthermore, only one of the officers will be required to sign such documents."
