Burns created by Executive Order the Hawai'i State <br /> Commission on the Status of Women (HSCSW). The work of the HSCSW is detailed in <br /> section 367-1 and sections 367-3 (1)through (8), Hawai'i Revised Statutes (HRS), while <br /> county Committees on the Status of Women (CSW) duties are outlined in section 367-4. <br /> This report details statewide HSCSW and CSW events, programs, conferences, and <br /> activities during State fiscal year 2023-2024 (SFY24). Bear in mind, throughout this SFY24 <br /> HSCSW efforts were hampered and limited due to key HSCSW staff and Commissioner <br /> vacancies. <br /> I.
