Four Palms LLC, dba SoKo Kitchen and Cocktails, approval of <br />request to extend the time for issuance of the liquor license for good <br />cause shown for an additional 12 months, from October 7, 2025, to and <br />including October 7, 2026) by letter received September 3, 2025, of its <br />Restaurant General liquor license, Category B2, located at the Mango <br />Court Shopping Center, 79-7460 Mamalahoa Highway, Suite #A-104 <br />and 105, Kealakekua, Hawaii. <br />Approving the extension request requires finding of good cause <br />pursuant to Rule 4-2(M) of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor <br />Commission of the County of Hawaii. If the Commission finds <br />good cause, state what the good cause is when making the motion. <br />Okabe: Can I have a motion to approve with good cause? <br />Taniguchi: I'll make the motion to approve for good cause, his letter indicates that <br />they've taken care of all of the irregularities from the previous landowner, and they're <br />back in the queue for approval.
