Commissioner Greenwell moved to ratify Permits Issued for Ratification, Item Nos. 5(a) through 5(f), as stated in the agenda; Seconded by Commissioner Taniguchi. Greenwell: Gerald, that Sakura Japanese Restaurant, the transfer of liquor, it's under ratification of permits, why didn't it come under like new business or something? Takase: It's just the transfer of the liquor inventory, so usually you've delegated the authority to the Department to approve it, so you're just ratifying it. Greenwell: So, where was the liquor transferred to? Takase: It was just between themselves because if you remember Sakura, the old ownership transferred to the two new entities, so it was just transferring it internally from the old ones to the new ones.
