HALL $ 20 <br />Class Information <br />AGE: Must be 55 years of age and older to participate. <br />FACILITY RULES: Service animals are welcome. Comfort animals and pets are not permitted on County Premises. <br />Please refrain from bringing children/minors to classes. <br />ENROLLMENT: Registration will be closed when the class limit is met. Class size is dependent on room size and <br />student/teacher ratio. You will need an Elderly Activities Division Senior Identification card to participate in activities. If <br />you do not have an identification card please call the ERS office to schedule an appointment. ERS Release of <br />Claims/Emergency Information Form must be completed prior to starting activities. <br />WINTER REGISTRATION: General public registration will start Monday. DEC 15, 2025 @ 9:00 AM — 12:00 PM at the <br />Keaau Community Center. Registration will continue through Friday. JAN 1.6. 2026 at Keaau Community Center. NO <br />REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER JAN 16. PLEASE, NO REGISTRATION BY TELEPHONE. Register by writing <br />your name, telephone # and email address on the class Registration sheet. Payment will be collected when classes <br />begins. Pre -registration for each class will be available prior to the end of Fall Qtr. for students currently enrolled in the <br />class. If you decide to drop the course before the 2nd class, please call the ERS office at 966-5801 & "no shows" will <br />be removed from the attendance after the 2nd class. <br />SPRING QUARTER: Registration will begin Monday. MAR 16. 2026 and end on Friday. APRIL 10. 2026 with classes <br />beginning on Monday. MARCH 30. Pre -registration for students currently enrolled in a course will be on the last days of <br />class in the Fall Quarter. No pre -registration by telephone. <br />CLASS COST: Participants will be required to pay a registration fee per class. The CURRENT CLASS fee is $20.00 for <br />the entire session whether it's 8, 9, or 10 classes and will collected at the first and second class. The monies will be <br />used to support all ERS programs and activities. No refunds after the second class. Do not pay at the office. Please <br />pay in class. If paying with cash please bring exact amount. Make checks out to: County Director of Finance.
