(continued from previous meeting) • HPC 01 -43: Complainant alleged that she placed three calls to 911 requesting assistance, and no one responded. Subsequently she was assaulted. She alleged that if the police had done their duty, this would not have happened. (continued from previous meeting) • HPC 01 -52: Complainant alleged that a hotel manager and the police conspired to falsify police records, conceal and cover -up something illegal that the manager did, and tampered with his freedom.
