Brings 35+years of experience in technology <br /> commercialization and workforce development. <br /> • Keith T. Matsumoto, Program Director—Veteran leader in STEM, education innovation, and <br /> technology development, with expertise in contracts and project management, organizational <br /> development, and public-school partnerships. <br /> • Guohui Zhang, Ph.D., P.E., F.ASCE—Professor, Civil and Environmental Engineering at the <br /> University of Hawai'i at Manoa; Associate Director of the Center for Safety Equity in <br /> Transportation.
