VIII. New Business (10:10AM) <br />Okabe: Commissioner Greenwell? <br />Greenwell: Mr. Chair I'd like to recuse myself because of personal reasons on this <br />item. <br />1. Request to Extend the Time for Issuance of License Submitted for Approval <br />(10:10 AM) a. Nine Brains Big Island I, LLC, dba Pacific 19, <br />RE: Application No. 23-38, requesting to extend the time for <br />issuance of the liquor license for good cause shown for an additional <br />12 months from October 3, 2025, to and including October 3, 2026, <br />by letter received October 24, 2025, of its Hotel liquor license, located <br />at 75-5646 Kuakini Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. <br />Approving the extension request requires finding of good cause <br />pursuant to Rule 4-2(M) of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor <br />Commission of the County of Hawaii.
