And then we go on to “Communications.” Any comments about the <br />communication—Fire Chief Todd, did you want—do you have any comments, you want to say <br />something in regards to your communication? <br /> <br />(At this time, Mr. Kazuo S. K. L. Todd, Chief, Fire Department, came forward.) <br /> <br />MR. TODD: I mainly came to be present in case there are any questions on my submitted letter <br />to you guys.
