See <br />AC minutes for details <br />C004HUNITY <br />INTERGRATION • Hala Festival - see Cl minutes for details <br />CHAIR: <br />• August 24th Brunch: Hala Festival featuring Christy Lassiter (2025 Na <br />Hoku "Vocalist of the Year' Award Winter). Event runs 1 I AM-2 PM. <br />• Painting Class: Final class of the year is scheduled for September 13 <br />with a holiday theme. Typically sees 13 participants and fills up quickly. <br />• Haunted House: Planned for Friday. October 24th. from 6-9 PM. Adult- <br />MWSE only party in discussion. <br />CHAIR: <br />• Casino Night: In development. <br />• Trustee Holiday Meeting. Scheduled for Sunday. December 21st. 4-9 <br />PM to accommodate holiday travel. <br />CONMITTEE REPORTS LONG RANGE PLANNING • no meeting this month; next matting in October <br />CHAIR: _ <br />Board Approval Requested for Membership Report as presented in MC Minutes: <br />Orientation (July 16): Well -received, with -30 attendees. Icebreaker had <br />participants pair up. converse, and introduce each other— very effective. <br />Future Ideas: <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS MEMBERSHIP CHAIR: <br />• Considering a "Be My Guest" program modeled after the Pacific Club: <br />temporary access for friends of members for one month (expenses only. <br />no dues). Still under discussion. <br />• Interest in managing member count (approaching 600). especially in <br />light of weekend pool capacity. Potential for a waiting list. <br />1 <br />
