The interior consists of <br />kitchen facilities, dining areas, a full -service bar with stools, a coffee and juice bar, an office, <br />storage, employee's restroom and separate men and women restrooms for its customers. For further information, see <br />Exhibit 5 attached. <br />or <br />• rR` " 6 <br />jk'. <br />4 <br />KIND OF BUSINESS: Applicant will operate as a full -service restaurant offering breakfast, <br />brunch and dinner. <br />Applicant will be open seven (7) days a week with the following hours of operation: <br />• Sunday to Saturday: Breakfast and brunch from 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. <br />• Thursday, Friday and Saturday: Dinner from 5:00 p.m. -- 9:00 p.m. <br />Employment will consist of approximately twenty (20) employees, four (4) of which will be <br />certified by the Department of Liquor Control to supervise the sale, service and consumption of <br />liquor. <br />Applicant does not have any plans for having live entertainment at this time. <br />RETAIL SPACE LEASE AT ()UEENS' MARKETPLACE: This Retail Space Lease at <br />Queens' Marketplace ("Lease"), by and between ABP waikoloa LLC ("Landlord") and Kona <br />Biscuit Company, Inc., ("Tenant"), will commence on the Commencement Date and ending on <br />the last day of the one hundred twentieth (1201h) full calendar month after the Rent <br />Commencement Date. <br />
