Takase <br />Director <br />SUBJECT: Application No. 25-1 1, Toprich Inc. dba Miyazaki Sushi & IZAKAYA, for an <br />original Restaurant General liquor license, Category B 1, located at the Ali`i Plaza, <br />75-5742 Kuakini Hwy, Suite 103, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, 96740; <br />TMK: 7-5-007:002. <br />NATURE OF APPLICATION: This is an application for an original Restaurant General <br />1 iquor 1 icense, Category B 1. <br />CATEGORY B 1: Category B 1 allows the licensee to provide recorded music and live <br />entertainment within its licensed premises. <br />APPLICANT: The applicant, Toprich, Inc. is a domestic profit corporation, registered with the <br />Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, State of Hawai ` i, on April 17, 2023. Its sole <br />Officer and Director is as follows: <br />Haoyan Wang-- P/D/CFO <br />The name of the registered agent in the State of Hawai `i is as follows: <br />Haoyan Wang, 2092 Ehu Place, Lihue, Hawaii 96766. <br />PERSONAL HISTORY: For information relative to the personal history of the applicant, <br />please refer to Exhibit 1 attached. <br />LOCATION OF PREMISES: The proposed licensed premises is located at the AIN Plaza, <br />75-5742 Kuaki n i Highway, Suite 103, Kai 1 ua-Kona, Hawai `i, the former location of <br />Kona Tang LLC dba Shimaichi (DG-789), who cancelled their Dispenser General liquor license, <br />Category B I as of February 28, 2025. For further information, please refer to the plot plan <br />attached as Exhibit 2. <br />DETAILS OF PREMISES: The proposed licensed premises is located on the first floor of a <br />two-story building and contains approximately 800 square feet of indoor space and <br />approximately 220 square feet of exterior space for a total of 1,020 square feet. The interior <br />consists of a kitchen, prep area, sink area, sushi bar and a dining area. The exterior lanai, which <br />fronts the parking lot, is within a fenced and gated area and will be the outside dining area. <br />Applicant will make sure that their employees diligently monitor the outside dining area to <br />
