Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Sidney Fuke at 1:34 P.M., in the Department of <br />Liquor Control, Hilo Meeting Room, Hilo Lagoon Centre, 101 Aupuni Street, Unit 230, Hilo, Hawaii. <br />The following were present and constituted a quorum: <br />Board Members: Sidney Fuke, Chair <br />Dawn Raymond, Vice Chair <br />Ceci Davenport, Board Member <br />Michael Hughes, Board Member <br />Donn Mende, Board Member <br />Absent and Excused: None <br />Others Present: Gerald Takase, Director <br />Brandon Gonzalez, Administrative Officer <br />Dakota Frenz, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />(Department/Prosecutor) <br />Sinclair Salas Ferguson, Deputy Corporation Counsel (Board) <br />Stacie Waltjen, Licensing Officer <br />ZoeAnn Bertelmann, Licensing Technician <br />Hau`oli Sayles, Board Secretary <br />Fuke: Before we begin however, I'd like to acknowledge the presence of a number of the <br />Department's liquor inspectors or investigators, welcome. And to all of you and the Board <br />Members, I got to remind you to please silence any electronic devices that you might have. <br />And, I'd like to introduce the Board Members starting with our newest Board Member on my <br />far right, take it away, there. <br />Mende: Thank you, Sidney.
