If they can't find them, then they have to <br />post it at the establishment and serve them via certified mail. If the owner is no longer in <br />charge of the establishment, then they can just do certified mail. So, based on what you just <br />said under your guys Rule 1.8(c), it appears that service has been completed. So, I think you <br />can note for the record that under Rule 1.8(c), that would be the motion that service was made <br />under Rule 1.8(c). <br />Fuke: Okay, is there any discussion regarding Mr. Gonzalez's testimony? <br />There was no discussion by Board Members. <br />Fuke: Okay, and hearing what our Counsel had commented, is there a motion to accept the <br />additional testimony and Exhibits A, B, and C, that the Department made every effort pursuant <br />to Rule 1.8(c), to diligently inform the licensee of today's hearing. <br />Salas Ferguson: It would be a motion under 1.8(c) that service is effectuated. <br />Fuke: That services was effectuated, thank you very much.
