Hawaii Police Commission Page 3 March 18, 2005 10:30 A.M.: INVESTIGATION AND DELIBERATION OF COMPLAINTS STATEMENTS ON COMPLAINTS (Open to the Public) EXECUTIVE SESSION (Closed to the Public) To consider discipline and charges against officers or employees of the Hawaii County Police Department where consideration of matters affecting privacy would be involved and a closed session is requested and to consult with Corporation Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92 -5 (2) and Hawaii County Charter Section 13 -20 (b). • Statements on complaints. • Monthly status report of complaints referred to the Chief. • Complaint HPC 04 -09: Complainant alleged that two officers breached the peace when they stood by while his vehicle was repossessed. • Complaint HPC 05 -01: Complainant alleged that some bikers beat him, and an officer did not offer him medical assistance. • Complaint HPC 05 -02: Complainant alleged that an officer failed to warn motorists of the dangerous road condition and then did not admit that he was involved in the incident. • Complaint HPC 05 -04: Complainant alleged that an officer stated that he couldn't do anything about a TRO violation.
