<br /> meeting due to a technical problem that we could not hook up. On June 17,we had a
<br /> meeting. July 1st,we had a special meeting. On July 15th,we had a regular meeting.
<br /> August 19th,we had an online posting error with the agenda. Cancellation of the meeting.
<br /> Sinclair,you were at that meeting. On September 16th,we had a meeting. On October 21 st,
<br /> we had a meeting. November 18th,we had a meeting.We have 3 missed meetings
<br /> according to my records.There are minutes for all of the ones that I mentioned,you should
<br /> have a handout there todaywith the meeting dates of 2025.

<br /> continue to meet without a quorum.That's the meeting you're talking about. So, I only have
<br /> 3 meetings, not 4 cancelled meetings.
<br /> RD: District 1, Duerr.A court... an opinion from Corp Counsel. At the March meeting,when we
<br /> had a speaker, Chuck Flaherty,talking about the general plan and the presenter was able to
<br /> present, and will, and there, and we didn't have a quorum, and Sylvia canceled the meeting.
<br /> To the objection of Commissioner Ley,who said,a meeting can go forward without quorum
<br /> and the presentation,with then the provide that a report is prepared for the next meeting,
<br /> and the report of the presentation is given to the full commission. Is that how you see
<br /> Sunshine Law?And was that meeting in March... did Sylvia Wan, improperly cancel a
<br /> presentation?
