Please submit written testimony by 12:00 noon, two <br /> business days before the meeting. <br /> Oral Testimony: Testimony must be related to an item on the agenda. The Commission will hear <br /> public testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is called, or <br /> as allowed at the sole discretion of the chair. Testifiers will be limited to five (5) minutes; please <br /> plan accordingly. <br /> Special Assistance: The in-person meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities.
