Complainant will be filing complaint with Internal Affairs. • INVESTIGATION AND DELIBERATION OF COMPLAINTS ➢ Complaint HPC 06 -24: Complainant was arrested for possessing an electronic stun gun while at a store. She alleged that an arresting officer was physically and verbally abusive. ➢ Complaint HPC 07 -29: Complainant alleged that while conducting an investigation, an officer did not identify himself. He also complained about the manner in which the officer conducted the investigation.
