And they said, "Can we do anything?" You know, they're offering me can they do anything, I said you know if you can, if it's ethically correct, you're not going to get into any trouble with anybody in the higher ups, if you can, great. So, those letters were submitted, and I submitted them to the Department as I got them. Other than that, I thank you again for taking the time to listen to my message and my interest in the position. Referral for Executive Session Regarding the Selection of the New Director of the Department of Liquor Control The Commission anticipates convening an executive meeting pursuant to Sections 92-4, and 92-5(a)(4) of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, for the purpose of consulting with the Commission's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities, as it relates to the selection of the new Director of the Department of Liquor Control. A 2/3 vote of the members present is necessary to hold an executive meeting, pursuant of Section 92-4(a) of the Hawaii Revised Statues, as amended.
