GIBO: With respect to Item B, involving the appeal of Mr. Tony Enriquez, the petition for declaratory relief that was submitted to the Hawaiʻi Labor Relations Board was heard on hearing earlier this month and has been dismissed by the Hawaiʻi Labor Relations Board.
