Hawaii County Police Commission Page 3 October 30, 2009 ➢ HPC 09 -38: Complainant made a complaint against her ex- spouse. She alleged that an officer overheard her and then called his brother, her ex- spouse, to tell him about it. ➢ HPC 09 -41: Complainant was issued a trespass notice at a shopping center and subsequently arrested for refusing to leave. She alleged that officers used excessive force on her. ➢ HPC 09 -43: Complainant alleged that an officer spoke to him in a manner which he felt was verbal abuse. ➢ HPC 09 -44A & 44113: Officers were assisting in serving an eviction notice on a foreclosed house. Complainant stated that it was the Church of the First Born Baptist Love. He alleged that the officers violated their constitutional contract with the United States of America, refused to allow them to report the offenses, and scared a church member and children. ➢ HPC 09 -45: Complainant was cited for delinquent vehicle tax, expired safety check, and no vehicle insurance. He alleged that the police officer impersonated an officer of the law.
