Commissioner Taniguchi moved to approve Application No. 25-12, <br />Hilton Grand Vacations Management, LLC, dba Ocean Tower Bistro <br />and Bar, for an Original Restaurant General liquor license, Category <br />B2 , located at 69-425 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Waikoloa, Hawaii, <br />TMK: 6-9-007:039, with public hearing to be held on March 5, 2026, <br />in Hilo, Hawaii; Seconded by Commissioner Greenwell. <br />Yadao: Any discussion of the motion? <br />There was no discussion by Commissioners. <br />Yadao: Seeing none, all those in favor say "Aye." <br />The Commissioners voted "Aye." <br />Yadao: Any opposed say "Nay." <br />There was no opposition by Commissioners. <br />Yadao: Motion is carried. <br />The motion was carried unanimously. <br />NEXT ITEM WAS TAKEN OUT OF ORDER <br />IX. Waikoloa Village Lessee LLC, dba Hilton Waikoloa Village, ratification <br />of Application for Reduction in Licensed Premises, of approximately 5,983 <br />square feet, approved by Director Gerald Takase on December 30, 2025, <br />of its Hotel liquor license, located at 69-425 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Waikoloa, <br />Hawaii. <br />Representing applicant: Robert Ueoka, Esq., Authorized Agent, and <br />Freddy Lau, General Manager. <br />Yadao: If you can state your name and relationship to the business? <br />Ueoka: Yes, Robert Ueoka on behalf of the Hilton Waikoloa Village, Mr. Lau is here as <br />well, General Manager. This is a reduction of premises to correspond with the Ocean <br />Tower Bistro and Bar restaurant application. This Hilton Waikoloa Village liquor license <br />is a Hotel license which includes the entire land parcel.
