Request to Extend the Time for Issuance of License Submitted for Approval <br />(10:32 AM) a. Hotel Management Partners, LLC, dba Island Bar and Grill by <br />Trader Vic's, RE: Application No. 24-09, requesting to extend the time <br />for issuance of the liquor license for good cause shown for an additional <br />12 months, from January 9, 2026, to and including January 9, 2027) by <br />letter received December 17, 2025, of its Hotel liquor license, located at <br />75-5739 Ali`i Drive, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. <br />Approving the extension request requires finding of good cause pursuant <br />to Rule 4-2(M) of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of <br />the County of Hawaii.
