(Continued from previous meeting.) <br />• Complaint HPC 10 -13: Complainants alleged that an officer hit their parked vehicle <br />and then left the scene. <br />Complaint HPC 10 -14: Complainant made a complaint with the police department in <br />2006, and the case was suspended. The commission accepted the complaint and <br />requested information from Chief Kubojiri.
