Please submit written testimony by 12:00 noon, two <br />business days before the meeting. Note that all written testimony is considered a public record. <br />Oral Testimony: Testimony must be related to an item on the agenda. The Commission will hear public <br />testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is called, or as allowed at <br />the sole discretion of the chair. Testifiers will be limited to five (5) minutes; please plan accordingly. <br />Special Assistance: The in -person meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities.
