Highlights are summarized below. <br /> Opening Tributes and Administrative Status: Acting Chief Volpe opened the report <br /> by thanking the Commission for their support and attendance at the recent services for <br /> Chief Kazuo Todd, noting that the report's cover featured a photo of the Chief taken <br /> during a blessing before his passing. <br /> The department continues to coordinate with County Finance to fill in data gaps, <br /> particularly regarding OCE. The total adjusted budget appropriation is currently <br /> $76,853,168; the year-to-date percentage used is unknown pending updates. One of <br /> the primary goals is to update 95% of policies and procedures by year-end, which is <br /> currently at 59%. <br />
