Applicant will <br />occasionally have.live entertainment for special events. <br />LEASE AGREEMENT ALII PLAZA A- UNIT 103: This Lease Agreement Alii Plaza A - <br />Unit 103 ("Lease"), dated October 31, 2025, and signed on November 17, 2025, by and between <br />Ali`i Plaza A LLC, ("Landlord") and Toprich Inc. and Haoyan Wang ("Tenant"), <br />has a term of three (3) years having commenced on November 1 st, 2025, and ending on <br />October 31, 2028. <br />ZONING: Village Commercial. <br />SURROUNDING AREA: Survey of the surrounding area reveals that there are no schools, <br />churches, or liquor licenses with the same class and kind located within 500 feet of the proposed <br />licensed premises. <br />At the present time there are 135 of the same class and 118 of the same kind of liquor licenses <br />being lawfully exercised in the County of Hawaii. <br />
