Complainant complained about the manner in which the officer handled her case and alleged that the officer failed to do what was right when he chose not to arrest the suspect and forwarded the case to the prosecutor. ➢ HPC 11 -07: Complainant complained about the manner in which the officer spoke to her, and alleged that he made a false report. ➢ HPC 11 -11: Complainant was stopped for possible DUI. He alleged that the officers used false probable cause for the stop. • Status Report of Internal and Referred Complaints.
