In the upper image one <br /> sees below the village of Haina the property stretching from the lower cane haul road to the <br /> coast. Below one sees the relationship to Honokaa, Haina and Paauhau. The diagonal road <br /> connecting the Hilo side of Honokaa down past the property to the power plant is the private <br /> Spencer Road but easement has been given to the multiple residences on on the east side of <br /> the nominated property. That is a good two lane road but a hazard is fuel tankers. <br /> Sugg.26-03 <br />
