Regular Session Minutes <br />January 17, 2003 <br />Page 8 <br />Commissioner Bertsch moved to exonerate Accused #4, the accused dispatcher, on the <br />charges of Standard of Conduct, Performance of Duty, and Obedience to Laws, Written <br />Orders, Policies. Commissioner Hendricks seconded the motion. <br />Discussion: Vice Chair Manago stated that procedures need to be checked, and that they <br />need procedures on how to handle certain situations.
