Hawaii County Police Commission <br />Regular Session Minutes <br />March 14, 2003 <br />Page 7 <br />Complaint HPC 03 -03: Complainant alleged that an officer harassed her by questioning <br />her about a vehicle accident three times in one night at her place of employment. <br />Commissioner Lambeth moved to decline further investigation of the complaint because it <br />was received more than 60 days from the date of the incident. Vice Chair Manago <br />seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br />Complaint HPC 03 -04: Complainant alleged that while being questioned at the police <br />station, he saw a picture of himself with an unprofessional notation on it. Commissioner <br />Bertsch moved to sustain the charge of conduct towards the public against an unidentified <br />employee. Commissioner Lambeth seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC - None <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Chair Hara announced that the next monthly meeting is scheduled for April 11, 2003, at 10:00 <br />a.m., at the Waimea Civic Center.
