So, the 944 square feet we'd be <br />looking at losing would be The Hidden and their portion of the storage as well. <br />Yadao: Commission, any discussion or questions? <br />Greenwell: So, your parking and your bathroom facilities will still remain the same? <br />Gavin: We still have the three parking spaces for guests behind the building as well as <br />a bathroom in The Hidden Nene, one on the mid -level, as well as one in Puna Chocolate <br />Company, correct. <br />Greenwell: And then the bathroom facilities will stay the same? <br />Gavin: Correct. <br />Morifuji: According to your sketch, you're going to take one away yeah for the bar? <br />The sketch you submitted for the alteration permit? <br />Gavin: I'm sorry I'm struggling to find this. <br />Waltjen: Chair, can I provide some information. For the bathroom that's located on this <br />mid -level, it will be used by The Hidden Nene customers as well as the Puna Chocolate <br />customers. They are the owner of the parcel, Puna Chocolate, and in essence they're <br />also The Hidden Nene. The Hidden Nene just incorporated another owner to their <br />business and that's why they had to separate it.
